We want you to feel confident trying our matcha. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery, subject to the terms below.


Eligible refunds or replacements

Within 30 days of delivery, we will offer a refund or replacement if:

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • There is a quality issue with the product upon arrival

  • You are dissatisfied with your purchase

Please contact us at orders@valematcha.com with your order number. In some cases, we may request photos or additional information to help us resolve the issue quickly.


Consumable products

Because our products are food-grade consumables, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.

Approved refunds or replacements for consumable products will be issued without requiring the product to be returned.


Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned without prior authorization


Refund processing

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
